By creating an account or using Steadnex, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use means you accept the changes.
The service
Steadnex helps you track companies, tasks, reminders, and documents in one place. Steadnex provides practical guidance, not legal or tax advice. Always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Use Steadnex lawfully and don’t attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. Don’t store unlawful content or use the platform to harm others.
Subscriptions & cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings, and access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
Liability
The service is provided as-is; Steadnex is not a law or accounting firm. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
